Who we are
This website is operated by Ghasedak Legal Services PC, the paralegal and notary practice of Farnoosh Mostaed (Law Society of Ontario licence P18624). Ghasedak's immigration consulting services have a separate website with its own privacy information.
Consultation requests and messages
When you use the consultation form, email or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to send: your name, contact details, the type of matter, any deadline or hearing date, how you heard about us and your description of the issue. We use it to check for conflicts of interest, to understand your inquiry and to contact you.
Sending a message does not make us your representative and does not create a paralegal-client relationship. That relationship begins only when we confirm in writing that we have accepted your matter.
Confidentiality of client information
Information about clients and their matters is confidential under the Law Society of Ontario's Paralegal Rules of Conduct. Client files are kept under professional record-keeping obligations, which can affect how long records must be retained.
Site statistics, cookies and outside services
To understand how the site is used, we may record aggregate page visits, referral sources, approximate country and device category, and may use Google Analytics, which can process cookies and technical browser information. Your browser settings let you limit or clear cookies.
Hosting, security, email and form-delivery providers support the website and may process information outside Canada. Links to WhatsApp, email, social media and official government websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Access, correction and withdrawal of consent
You may ask how your information is used or retained, request access or correction, ask for deletion, or withdraw consent for future use. Contact us with the type of request and a way to reach you. Do not send identification documents unless we tell you how to do so securely.
We will explain what records exist and any limits. Records that form part of a client file may need to be kept to meet professional obligations, so immediate deletion cannot be promised in every case.
